1 Cup Margarine, softened
1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1-1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Cups Oats
1 Cup Raisins or Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º . Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
