1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (chop well)
Filling:
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Crust:
2 sticks butter
6 oz cream cheese
2 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients for crust. roll into balls then press into mini-cupcake pans.

Combine filling ingredients and put in unbaked pastry and top w/pecans

Bake at 350º for first 15 min., then reduce heat to 250º for another 10 min.
