Chocolate Cake Batter:
1/4 cup dry non-sweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

8 oz cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
6 oz mini semi-sweet chips (can be regular size)

Cupcakes, beat all ingredients well. fill cup cake pan one third to one half full with cake, then add heavy teaspoon of filling.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the cream cheese starts to darken.
