1 pound ground walnuts
milk enough to make paste
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Honey

Dough:
1 pkg dry yeast
2 T warm water
1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp boiling water
2 eggs beaten
5 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
In large warm bowl, combine yeast, warm water and 1/2 tsp sugar. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Set in a warm place until foamy (about 5 min).

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, melted butter and salt add the boiling water, stir and cool until lukewarm.
Add this to the yeast. Stir in beaten eggs and add flour gradually. Turn out onto a floured board and knead about 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover and set in a warm place to double in bulk.

Roll and stretch until as thin as possible.. like a sheet of paper. Spread the rolled dough with the prepared filling. Roll up as a jelly roll, place in large greased deep baking pan, form into an "S" shape, tuck under the ends and flatten it slightly. Cover and let raise for 2-1/2 hours in a warm place.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375ºF for 10 min, then lower to 350º for another 50 min. until nicely browned. Cool in pan for 30 min. and then on a wire rack.
