1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 large can of white chicken
1 can chopped green chilies
8 flour tortillas
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chili powder
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix soup and sour cream. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat butter and add onion and chili powder. Cook until onions are tender. Add chicken and chilies and 2 tbsp of soup mixture. Spread 1/2 cup of soup mixture in a 2 qt baking dish. Spread mixture on each tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in the dish. Spread remaining soup mixture over the top of the enchiladas. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
