1 9-oz package fresh 3-cheese tortellini
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
1/2-3/4 t. crushed red pepper (or black)
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 c. chicken or vegetable broth
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 6-oz pkg. fresh baby spinach

Cook pasta according to directions.

While pasta cooks, heat oil in nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat and add garlic & pepper, sauté 30 seconds.

Add tomatoes, broth, basil, salt and baby spinach in pan;
cook 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Stir in pasta, cook 1
minute. Adjust seasonings to taste.
