1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1 T sugar



3 8-oz pkcgs. cream cheese, at room temp
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, room temp
1 stick melted butter, cooled
1/2 tsp. orange extract
Grated orange peel (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press
crumbs evenly onto bottom and about 3/4" up sides of 9"
springform pan.

Preheat oven to 450º. Beat together cream cheese and
sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after
each addition. Blend in butter and orange extract. Turn
mixture into spring-form pan and bake 15 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Garnish with grated
orange peel.
