8 unpeeled potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pint half and half
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom
or cheddar soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot combine potatoes,celery,
bouillon cubes and enough water to cover
all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat until potatoes are soft but not
completely cooked. Add half and half, bacon,
condensed soup and stir until creamy. Add cheese
and stir until completely melted. Simmer on low
until potatoes are done.
