1 Lb boneless meat of your choice
2 Tbl lemon juice
2 Tbl lime juice
1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic
2 teas oil
1/4 teas oregano
1 to 2 teas Cumin
1 large onion sliced
1 green and 1 red pepper
Flour tortillas

Directions:
marinade: Mix lemon and lime juice with oil, and spices. Slice meat diagonally into 1/4 inch strips, and add to marinade for at least several hours. Stir fry meat and onions and peppers. Serve with warm tortilla shells, sour cream, and homemade guacamole.
