1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dry ranch style dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 pound thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dressing mix and pepper. Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture on the tortillas, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Layer the turkey and spinach on top of the mayonnaise mixture. Tightly roll up the tortillas, placing seam side down. Cut into 2 inch slices.
