Cabbage
1/2 c vinegar
4 tsp sugar
Mayo to desired consistency
Salt & pepper to taste (if desired)
Some shredded carrot for color

Wash and shred half a large head or entire smaller head of cabbage. Combine next 3 ingredients and mix through the cabbage. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
