1 small box lime Jello
1 small container small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cubed apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 small tubs of Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello according to pkg. directions except use 1/4 c. less cold water. Chill until jelly-like appearance in refrigerator., but do not chill in freezer.
Mix cottage cheese with mayonnaise. Fold mixture into Jello very thoroughly, fold in apple and nuts. Fold in whipped cream in small quantities.
Chill until set. Enjoy!
