2 c. chicken or turkey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
15 oz. can chicken broth (1 can)
15 oz. Rotel tomatoes (1 1/2 can)
14 oz. Ranch Style Beans (1 can)
5 oz. sweet corn (small can)
20 oz. Minestrone soup
16 oz. Velvetta cheese (cubed)
14 oz. green beans
Tortilla Chips

In a 6 qt. pan, heat the drained chicken along with spices on medium heat. Add the chicken broth and Rotel to the pan and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add Ranch style beans, corn, minestrone soup, and up to 1 1/2 soup cans of water. Stir. Continue to let simmer, add cheese, stirring occasionally. Once all of the cheese cubes are melted, it's ready. You can use lean ground beef and beef broth instead of chicken too!
