3/4 C. oil
2 C. sugar
3 eggs
3 C. Flour
1tsp. Salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. Delicious apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. raisins

1. Beat oil and sugar together.
2. Add eggs and beat until creamy.
3. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
4. Stir flour into batter.
5. Blend in remaining ingredients.
6. Turn mixture into a buttered and floured nine inch tube pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour 15 min. at 350.
8. Cool in pan before turning it out.
