8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbl. apricot preserves
12 dried apricots
1 tsp.vanilla
1/2 c. chpped nuts (cashews or pecans)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts in food processor. Form into ball or log and refrigerate. Roll in nuts and serve with crackers.
