20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
1 c. water
6 oz. pkg. strawberry or cranberry Jell-O
16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple juice and water in a 2 quart saucepan and heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add Jell-O; stir until dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, lemon juice and nutmeg. Chill until mixture starts to thicken. Add sour cream and stir until mixture is combined. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Pour in dish or mold and refrigerate.
