Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 boxes Corn Muffin mix
{Mom uses Flako mix ~ I use Jiffy mix}
1 ~ 8oz. block of cream cheese ~ Softened
2 eggs
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup sugar
1 can of Cream Style Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease 9 x 13 baking pan or muffin cups.
Blend all of the ingredients together with mixer EXCEPT Can of Cream Corn! Batter will still be slightly lumpy. Then add can of Creamed Corn and stir in by HAND. Pour batter into pan, Tap pan on counter to release air pockets, and place in oven. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown. You can test with knife and it should come out almost clean. **For added crowd pleaser ~ glaze top of cornbread with butter. *** SPECIAL NOTE: If this cornbread is ready before the rest of the meal and the family knows about --- be prepared for there to be NONE left when it's time to sit down and eat. Unless you were smart and cooked a 2nd pan that no one knows about!!
