4 to 6 young squirrels cut up, 1/3 c butter, 4 lg T prepared mustard, 1/2 c sour cream, salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
rub mustard all over cut up squirrel pieces. melt butter and put in baking pan. place squirrel pieces in pan with butter. bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minuets. Remove squirrel pieces to serving dish. stir sour cream into juices left in pan adding salt & pepper to taste. pour sauce over squirrel before serving. may also be made with rabbit.
