2 onions
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 red, yellow or orange pepper
8 oz. mushrooms
1 cup tofu (soft)
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp terragon
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up and saute onions, potatoes, carrots, pepper
and mushrooms in oil, until soft.

Beat together tofu, flour, salt, egg, milk, terragon.

Spreat vegetables over pie crust. Pour tofu mixture
over vegatables. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
