1 qt cubed cucumbers,
3 cps cauliflower (1 head),
2 cups peeled pickeling onions,
3 green peppers sliced,
3 red peppers sliced,
1 pt large lima beans slightly cooked,
1 pt yellow string beans slightly cooked,
1 bunch carrots slightly cooked,
2 cups sugar,
1/2 cup flour,
2 tbs tumeric,
2 tsp celery seed,
2 tsp mustard seed,
Dry mustard (to taste - about 1/2 cup),
5 cups vinegar (enough to cover)

Sprinkle veggies with salt & let stand over night. Drain & rinse. Add vinegar, sugar, mustard & seeds. Simmer about 20 minutes. Add flour to thicken slightly & tumeric to color.
