Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups oil
4 eggs
1 cup raisons (I use a generous cup)
2t baking soda
2t cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots (packed well)
1 cup nuts (I do not use)
Frosting:
1 pkg softened cream cheese
4-6T butter
2 ½ cups powder sugar
Milk as needed (3T)

Directions:

1. Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
2. Add flour, soda, cinnamon.
3. Add carrots.
4. Add nuts and raisons.

Divide into 2 greased and floured 8-inch round pans. Bake 350º for 45'
