1 c butter
1/4 c confectioner's sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp water
2 c flour
1 c chopped pecan meats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla, water, and flour. Mix well and add pecans. Form small rolls, 1-1/2 inches long. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 minutes or until delicately browned. While hot, roll in confectioner's sugar.
