1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 pound powdered sugar (3 3/4 cups)
5 T. cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place margarine, powdered sugar, cocoa and milk in mixing bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir to combine all ingredients.
2. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Add nuts and vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan; refrigerate until set.

I use this recipe for frosting forthe fudge brownies found elsewhere in this book. Just pour as much as you want over the brownies and refrigerate the leftover fudge in a covered container and the next time you make the brownies, warm the fudge in the microwave and pour over the brownies. (or you really can use the leftover fudge for FUDGE!)
