1 1/4 cups butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups oats
Directions:

Cream the butter and the sugars. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and the spices in a separate bowl. Add this to the egg mixture. Stir in the oats. Spoon out into cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for about 11 minutes.
