Cake:
3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
3/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Frosting:
1 box confectioner's sugar
2 egg whites
3/4 c. crisco
1/2 c. melted crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, and baking
soda. Add and beat for 2 minutes the egg, water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Bake on greased and floured cookie sheet w/sides at 325º for 30 minutes.

Mix all frosting ingredients together until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
