1 1/2 C Mayo, 1 1/2 T sugar, 1/4 C sour cream
1/2 C Italian dressing of choice, 2 small tomatoes, 1 Large Head Lettuce
3 green onions, 12 oz. pkg frozen peas
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. fried bacon, 4 boiled eggs

Thaw peas. Blend first 3 ingred. set aside. Chop
tomatoes small & cover w/Italian dressing. Set aside. Break Lettuce into bitesize pieces & put into large bowl w/fitting lid or saran wrap. Chop green oinons & toss over lettuce pieces. Spoon marinated tomatoes over onions. Drizzle any remaining juices. Sprinkle peas on top & spread mayo mixture over all. Smooth
Place lid on bowl& refrig.overnight. (or all day if you prepare in the morning.) To serve, you sprinkle grated cheddar cheese & crisply fried bacon crumbled on top.
