2 small pressed garilic cloves
3/8 t kosher salt
1/8 t pepper (alittle more)
1/8 t dijon mustard (more)
4 to 5 t vinager (any kind)
1/2 C light olive oil

A couple of squirts of Wishbone Light Just 2 Good Italian

Directions:

Mix to form a paste with garlic, salt, pepper, mustard then whisk in vinegar and oil. Shake it up and add to squirts of Wishbone Light
