1 envelope Lipton vegetable soup mix
1 container 16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed & squeezed dry)
1 can 8 oz water chestnuts (chopped)
Directions:

Mix all ingredients and serve in bread bowl or with vegetables or crackers.
