1 paquete de brocoli congelado (1 pkg. frozen broccoli)
2 pedasos de pollo cocinado y cortado en pedasos pequenos (2 chicken breasts cooked and diced)
1/2 tasa de mayonesa (1/2 c. mayo)
Queso amarillo y rayado (shredded cheddar cheese)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tarro pequeno de crema de brocoli (1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 tarro pequeno de crema de pollo (1 can cream of chicken
Sal y pimienta al gusto (salt and pepper to taste)

Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. In a separate bowl combine soups, mayo, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Let the same broth that the chicken was cooked in dilute the soups (1/2 c. to 1 c.). In a 9x13 pan put broccoli on the bottom and then layer with chicken and soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil and cook at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve on top of rice.

En una basija poner las sopas de crema, la mayonesa, el curry puwder, la sal y al pimienta y con el mismo jugo del pollo desluir las cremas de sopa. En una refractaria poner el brocoli y el pollo, poner encima las cremas de sopas y poner queso amarillo encima si quiere ponerlo en el horno por 30 minutos y sevirlo con arroz blanco.)
