1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
1 Tablespoon bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing (such as Newman's Own brand)
4 Boneless pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds total)
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herb (1 ounce)
Fresh oregano (optional)

1. In a small bowl combine tomato and salad dressing; set aside
2. Trim fat from chops; Sprinkle lemon-pepper seasoning evenly over both sides of each chop. For a charcoal grill, place chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes or until done (160ºF) and juices run clear, turning once halfway through grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place chops on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above.) Slice pork chops.
3. Transfer pork to four dinner plates. Top chops with feta cheese and tomato mixture. If desired, garnish with oregano.
