Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2-3/4 c. breadcrumb
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Modify seasoning as you wish.

Jelly
1 c. grape jelly (small jar)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) bottle (1 1/2 c.) chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meatball mixture, shape into 1/2 inch to
1 inch balls. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake 25
to 30 minutes until browned and done. Set aside to cool completely.
In large saucepan combine sauce ingredients. Combine sauce and
meatballs when cool. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until thoroughly
heated, stirring occasionally or for a party keep warm in a slow
cooker. Makes about 68 meatballs.
