4 chicken breast – skinless & boneless
3-4 T. olive oil
½ c. chicken stock
1 tsp. tomato sauce
½ c. chopped parsley & basil
1 tsp. lemon pepper
¼ c. marsala wine
1 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts to make thin or mallet gently between wax paper to make thin. Season chicken with lemon pepper, salt (opt) and tsp olive oil. Heat heavy skillet with olive oil. Lightly brown chicken on both sides, 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, parsley, basil & chicken stock. When chicken is done remove chicken from skillet. Add mushrooms, tomato paste and wine for sauce. Pour sauce over chicken & serve. Garnish.
