4 cups basil leaves. well packed
4 cloves of garlic, lightly crushed and peeled
1 cup pine nuts or walnuts (or combine the two)
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano cheese.
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste.

Add basil, garlic, nuts, cheese, and last slowly add the oilive oil. Blend in food chopper/processer.

This can be added to lots of differnt pastas and meat. I make this ahead of time and put them in ice cube trays, and remove what you need at any time.
