1 c. Butter
1lb. brown sugar (2 1/4 c.)
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder.
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2c. crushed pineapple - drained
1/2 c. each White Chocolate Chips, Dark Chocolate Chips, Dried Cranberries and chopped or slivered Almonds

Pre-heat oven to 350
Cream butter with electric mixer, add brown sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until just mixed. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread into a 9x13 pan for thick blondies, 11x15 for thinner.
Bake 40 min (9x13) or 35 min (11x15) or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and cut into desired size.
