1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup white all-purpose flour (I use organic)

1 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Mix all liquid ingredients together first then add the solids and make sure the flour mixes with baking powder last. Put mixture into a greased pan and bake at 375º for 45 min or until golden brown. Check doneness by sticking a toothpick in the center of loaf. If it comes out clean, your bread is done.
