2 bags White corn tortilla chips
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
2 cans green chili's, 1 can whole tomatoes
1 lg. yellow onion, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 large cloves of garlic (or more!)

Directions:
Directions:
In deep corning ware dish, combine onions (chopped), garlic (smashed first then chopped) and chilis. nuke until translucent and soft. Add tomatoes (coarsely chopped) and cayenne, then mix. Chop Velveeta into small cubes and add, stirring frequently as you nuke 30 secs at a time until fully melted and blended. If its still thick, add a small amount of milk to the dip as you stir it to finish for creamier texture. Heat tortilla chips on flat tray in warm oven, serve with hot Dip.
