Blueberry Pie Recipe

1 C sour cream
3/4 C grandulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vannilla extract
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 C fresh blueberries (1 pint)
TOPPING
3 tsp. each flour, walnuts (chopped), soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 6 ingredients for 5 mins. @ medium speed. Fold in the blueberries. Pour filling into an unbaked 9" pie shell.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 25 mins..
Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients. Cut butter into flour. Add nuts.
Remove pie from oven after 25 mins. and add topping. Continue to bake 10 mins. more. Pie should be fairly set in middle.
Cool and chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
