Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from our tour guide on our wonderful trip to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in October 2007. His in-laws opened a restaurant in Pictou after they retired. Theirs was the first restaurant to welcome groups and share some of their stories and good food with travelers. Our guide passed these out to us along with his Mother-in-law's cookbook in her memory. They are delicious!
