1/2 cup warm water
2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar

3.5 ounce box of vanilla pudding
Frosting:
1/2 cup melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups flour
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups very soft butter
3+ cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and yeast in a bowl; set aside. Prepare pudding as directed on box. Add butter, eggs, salt and yeast mixture; add flour. Mix for 5-7 minutes. Let dough raise until doubled; punch down and raise again (about 1 hour each time).

Roll out on a floured surface. Spread very soft butter over the dough; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly in a jelly roll style and cut into slices. Place in two greased 9x13 pans, 1 inch apart and press lightly; raise until doubled again. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Be sure centers are cooked before removing from oven. Allow to cool while you prepare the frosting.

Frosting: beat together all ingredients except sugar until smooth and creamy. Add sugar until you reach the desired sweetness and consistency. Frost rolls. Makes 20-24 rolls.
