3 cups warm water
1 egg
2 tablespoons yeast
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
6-10 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
(add until dough isn't sticky)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and let set until foamy. Add everything else except flour and butter and give it a couple of stirs. Add flour as directed above. After you finish adding the flour, knead for 7 minutes in your mixer or by hand. Roll dough out on floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick. Use a can or a cup to cut. Fold in half and pinch to close. Put them on a greased cookie sheet and allow to rise until doubled in size.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350º or until golden brown and cooked through. Coat with butter while still hot. Yields: 30-40 rolls.

I've also made these rolls without allowing the doubling time. I stuck them right in the oven to bake and they turned out great.
