3 quarts water
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3/4 cup flour
1 cup butter
2 cups milk
2 carrots, sliced
1 16-ounce jar Cheez Whiz
2 stalks celery, chopped
(Velveeta Cheese works too)
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Add bouillon cubes, butter, carrots, celery, and onion. Boil for 10 minutes and then add the potatoes. Boil about 15 minutes longer, or more until potatoes are cooked. Mix together flour and milk, in a separate container, until smooth. Add slowly to the vegetables, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add Cheez Whiz and stir well. Makes 1 gallon of soup.
