1 pck (10oz) refrigerated pizza crust
2 c. (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4c. grated fresh parmesan
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2tbsp. snipped fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove
4 plum tomatoes, sliced

* 2 tsp dried basil leaves can be substituted for the fresh basil.

Directions:
Directions:
1)Preheat oven to 375º. roll pizza crust to within 1" of edge of rectangle baking stone. Sprinkle crust with 1 c.mozzarella cheese; set aside.
2)In a mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan, remaining mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, basil & garlic. mix well
3) slice tomatoes, arrange evenly over crust.
scoop cheese mixture evenly over tomatoes.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares; serve warm.
yields: 20 servings
prep time: 30 minutes
