1 container (16oz) cottage cheese
1 pck. (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 c. four cheese mexican shredded cheese
1/2 c. real bacon bits
1/2 c. sliced green onions
4 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
MIX all ingredients
POUR into greased 13 x 9" baking dish.
BAKE @ 350º for 30 minutes or until center is set.
Cut into squares. Makes 10 servings.

prep time: 10 minutes
bake time: 30 minutes

Great for brunch! Pour mixture into greased 9" pie plate. bake @350º for 40 minutes
