Crust:
1-1/4 c.chocolate cookie crumbs (20 cookies)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
1 pck 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 to 2 c. cool whip

combine crust ingredients; press into a 9" pie plate.
Bake @ 375º for 10 minutes. Cool. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter & vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs if desired. Refrigerate
yields: 8-10 servings
you can use as little as 1 cup or up to the whole tub, it depends on how fluffy you like it.
This is a favorite of Mike Wolkerstorfer, which will then change the servings to 4.
