1 qt. heavy cream
1 pkg. soft batch chocolate chip cookies
a little cooking sherry
Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream. Place cookies on a cookie sheet and sprinkle a little cooking sherry on each side of the cookie. Use a pretty glass bowl if you have one and spoon in a layer whipped cream. Then squish each cookie with your hand and make a layer of them on top of the cream. Repeat until everything is used.
If you want, you can shave a chocolate bar on top or throw some chocolate chips on top to garnish. Refrigerate.
