1-lb powdered sugar
3 oz soft cream cheese
spearmint extract
food coloring
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese until well mixed. Add extract and food coloring a few drops at a time until desired flavor and color. Make small balls out of dough and roll them in sugar. Place balls into candy molds, chill and remove mints. Small cookie cutters may also be used to shape flattened dough. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
