2 cups grated Cheddar cheese (or 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup mozzarella)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely sliced green onions
8-10 green olives, finely chopped
1 TBS finely chopped pimentos
1 TBS chopped capers
Parmesan cheese grated
8 English muffin halves

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread on open face English muffins and place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cut into quarters. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes, or place under broiler until cheese melts and is bubbly.
