2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
alt ingredients: 2 fine chopped jalapeños

cream the marg and cheese together
Mix the flour, salt and pepper together.
combine the two mixtures and roll into quarter size balls. Freeze balls for 20 minutes to gel. Preheat 350º oven, bake 15-20 minutes.

My wife Terri makes us this delectable appetizer on holidays and for get togethers with friends. They can be made up and frozen in advance, then quickly baked for a hot snack. Add crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, olives, etc, to give yours a unique flavor!...so think up a new combo for this fast and tasty snack! Its a favorite of many, you know who you are! = )
