1 can black beans (drained and rinsed); 1 can black eyed peas (not drained); 1 can white corn (drained) 1 small green pepper (chopped); 1/2 small red onion (chopped); 1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped, optional); 2 can diced tomatoes with lime (Ro-Tel); 1 cup zesty Italian Dressing.

Mix together and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Just before serving add: 1 avocado (chunked) and 1 small can jalapeno peppers (chopped)
