2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup applesauce
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 cup water
cookie cutters

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, oatmeal, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
2. Stir in the applesauce, honey, and water. Then knead until well mixed and in a soft ball.
3. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on a flat surface and turn the dough out. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick with a rolling pin. Add a bit more flour if the dough is too sticky.
4. Use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325º for 25-30 minutes. Let cookies cool completely.
